| Aiming at the gap of the precision maintenance ability for the linear rolling guide between domestic and foreign in the background of the national science and technology major project "Research and Development of Rolling Components Common Features Technology in High-grade CNC Machine (2012ZX04002021)", the basic theory of friction and wear theory was established and the experiment method for the precision maintenance ability was proposed, also tests of the precision maintenance ability for the linear rolling guide vice were done. The research can provide theoretical models and experimental data of the precision improvement for the rolling linear guide vice.Firstly, the most fundamental situation of reliability was analyzed. As precision retention test is the most important part in reliability test, from this perspective we analysis the definitions and indicators of the precision maintenance test, and developed the overall research ideas for the linear rolling guide. According to the actual working conditions and Herts theory, the force and deformation was analyzed. Based on Archard theory, the accuracy loss model was built.Then, with the characteristics of precision maintenance and equipment condition for the linear rolling guide reliability test, a detailed experiment program was researched and elaborated. Furthermore, in the late experimental evaluation, failure and trouble-free assess was carried out.Moreover, the precision maintenance test of linear rolling guide in different models from different manufacturers have been done. The samples of rolling linear guide vice were measured and the test data recorded, Some products in the test have been evaluated. Finally, with test data which acquired in the precision maintenance test, the precision loss model of the rolling linear guide vice has been compared and verified. |
