Since the birth of the first gas station in 1905,with the booming development of the automotive industry,gas stations had risen rapidly and matured.Its business model has experienced Self owned,CODO and other forms,each business model directly determines the profitability and development prospects of gas stations.The market is changing rapidly.How to improve the core competitiveness and profitability of gas stations under different management periods,market conditions,and national policies,adjust the business model of gas stations.This is the direction of every manager's efforts.This paper adopts two methods,literature and empirical research method,to conduct literature research by collecting and analyzing the research results of the gas station business model,and then to investigate the problems existing in the research area of the oil station of the oil company in Luzhou.Analysis,targeted specific business strategies and recommendations are given in the specific business model,which is also the innovation point of this paper.Firstly this paper had analyzed the situation of different domestic business models of oil companies at home and abroad,then analyzed the internal reasons for the change of business model,and expounded the existing business model of PetroChina gas station.Secondly,it focused on the sales target of PetroChina,the specific situation of this company,the internal and external environment to be analyzed.Used the SWOT analysis method.The opportunities and challenges,the advantages and disadvantages,was comprehensively analyzed to clarify the problems that the company needs to solve in the future development.Development direction;Finally,on the basis of the above analysis,the company proposes different business models that the company should adopt for different types of gas stations and post-development sites,and conducts non-oil sales and "Internet-gas stations".The diversified business model puts forward some opinions and implementation strategies in the hope of playing a role in the company's core competitiveness.
