This paper mainly studies the ground gathering and transportation system of the Changning shale gas field,and the traditional ground processing technology of the gas field basically uses high-pressure gathering gas.It applies to gas fields with large controlled reserves,high wellhead pressure,long production time,and good connectivity in the well.If this model is used to develop Changning shale gas field,it not only means high cost investment,but also brings great difficulties to daily operation management.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize and provide supporting ground gathering and transportation technology suitable for the characteristics and actual conditions of the Changning shale gas field through targeted analysis and research,so as to achieve the scientific,economic and efficient development of the gas field.This paper investigates the unique climatic and geographical conditions of Changning shale gas field and analyzes its present situation by studying the research results of domestic and foreign gas field gathering and transportation technology.Finally,a set of ground collection and treatment schemes suitable for the current situation of Changning shale gas field and less cost of investment and construction are developed.Based on the characteristics of gas extraction process in Changning shale gas field,this paper makes a survey of the literature on ground gathering and transportation technology and statistics of relevant data,and combines the present situation of Changning shale gas field.The system carried out the research on the ground gathering process system of Changning shale gas field,including the research of the gas field general process plan,dehydration plan,collection process plan and product gas transfer plan.According to the characteristics of the temperament of shale gas produced in Changning Gas Field,the geographical distribution of each well station has been proposed,and the shale gas produced by the platform is transported to the gas gathering stations in each well area through the gas and liquid distribution,and then transported to the water removal station in the well area through the gas gathering trunk line.The amount of gas exceeding the dehydration capacity of this well area is transported to the center station of the adjacent well area for treatment,and the treated gas is transported to the Shuanghe valve room and the Naxi West Station for the use of downstream users.Based on the comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the overall development and deployment of gas fields,investment,and structural adaptability,different dehydration schemes are proposed.Through comparison and data analysis,the new dehydration capacity in the 209 well area is determined.The desiccation treatment of Changning block and the desiccation scheme of external transport are completed by means of gas regulation in the well area.The scheme of gas field supercharging and station field gathering and transmission was determined by AHP.Based on the calculation and analysis of the pressure,gas distribution and pipeline adaptability of the gas field,the optimal product gas transfer process is determined.
