Research On The Internal Control Of B Company Value Chain

Manufacturing industry,as a pillar industry in China,is the fundamental to promote economic development.However,from the perspective of the current development level of manufacturing industry,the problems in China's manufacturing industry have not been fundamentally solved,and it is difficult to meet the requirements of moving to the middle and high level of value chain globalization.Under this circumstance,China has put forward the "made in China 2025" development plan and the "three-year action plan to enhance the core competitiveness of the manufacturing industry",hoping to make China's current manufacturing model from big to strong and strengthen the core competitiveness of the manufacturing industry.This paper discusses from the perspective of the internal control of the value chain,trying to strengthen the core competitiveness of enterprises through the internal control of the risk points of the value chain,develop China's independent brand of industrialization,and rank in the forefront of the world's manufacturing industry.It is urgent to realize the strategic goal of enterprises by optimizing the internal control of value chain in combination with modern academic theory and technical level.This paper uses case analysis method to select company B as the research object.This paper objectively describes the current situation of internal control in the value chain of typical new materials enterprises,points out the main problems,analyzes the causes of the problems,and puts forward the solutions and guarantee measures.This paper hopes to provide reference for other enterprises in similar confusion while helping company B solve its own development problems.
