Research On The Application Of Lean Production In YT Company

Lean production is an effective mode of production management which is highly respected in the manufacturing industry.After decades of theoretical perfection and practical experience accumulation and sharing,it has been successfully popularized in numerous enterprises and improved the efficiency of enterprises.It uses value stream analysis,pull system,management,Kanban management and standard operations to eliminate all kinds of waste in the production process,through continuous improvement activities to reduce costs,improve quality,improve on-time delivery rate,improve enterprise profits.YT is a well-known copper smelter in China.It is also facing the pressure of market competition.Based on the idea of lean production,this paper studies how to promote and implement lean production in the production process of the company.This paper analyzes the current situation of the company's production and operation,finds out the existing problems,analyzes the causes of these problems,and puts forward a lean production plan to solve these problems,such as promoting "5S" in the workplace,reducing various waste in work,and strengthening production through multi-energy training and standardized operation.Management;reduce copper raw material inventory by analyzing inventory status;strengthen safety and environmental protection by establishing a series of measures;finally give the preliminary results.
