In recent years,with the gradual improvement of the mining capacity of Jinning Phosphate Mine,the mining level has been declining.Due to the continuous accumulation of atmospheric precipitation and fissure water,a large amount of accumulated water has appeared in the mine,which seriously affects the construction and normal production of blasting operations in open pit mines.Based on the background of the countermeasures analysis and development research of improving the effect of open-hole water hole blasting,this paper improves and optimizes the water hole blasting parameters of Jinning Phosphate Mine,improves the water hole blasting effect of Jinning Phosphate Mine,improves mine production efficiency and reduces mining.The cost ensures the long-term continuous mining of the mine.Through on-site investigation of engineering geology,current situation of water in the stope and rock mechanics test,the reason for the poor effect of water hole blasting was obtained.The calculation of the initial shock wave parameters of the two explosion media of water and air and the difference of the pressure acting on the hole wall were theoretically summarized and the blasting mechanism under the water hole environment is gained.According to the mechanism of water hole blasting,the experiment of the water hole blasting funnel was carried out,and the variation law of the blasting funnel forming of the water hole was summarized.The optimized blasting parameter range was researched by conversion.The ANSYS/LS-DYNA numerical simulation software was used to further optimize the blasting parameter range obtained from the blasting funnel test,and the optimal parameter combination suitable for the water hole blasting of Jinning phosphate rock was obtained.Finally,through field test,the optimization conclusions of numerical simulation were verified.The two factors,which were important factors of excavation effect,were calculated from the block rate and the shovel loading efficiency.Through analysis and comparison,the most suitable water hole blasting parameters for Jinning phosphate mine was finally found.
