| Dagushan deep open pit mine bench blasting using direct loading of mixed machinery,bench blasting of heavy ammonium explosives directly with the air,water,mud or rock contact.Compared with detonation and detonation heat,the explosive effect is obviously different when the explosive energy acts through the filling media between rock mass and explosive.In winter,the suburbs of Anshan City have relatively low winter temperatures,with the maximum temperature in summer reaching 40 degrees Celsius.The temperature difference between day and night in the four seasons is relatively large.During the 2016 winter stope ambient temperature of minus 17 degrees Celsius,an open-air bench blasting operation was carried out at the Dagushan Iron Mine.During the charging process,it was noticed that there were many water in the blasting hole that reached a temperature of about 23 degrees Celsius The same year the summer when the temperature measured blasthole water temperature is as low as 12 degrees Celsius,the larger the temperature difference between the inside and outside the hole,the water hole is widespread.Even if the same step different blasthole water height is not the same.In actual operation,in view of obvious seepage water,ice water and large-area mud softening phenomenon near blasting pile after each blasting operation,in order to make clear the influence of water in bench blasting,Explosive energy ratio match the point of view,through research and simulation tests to study the impact of water on the blasting process and blasting effect.Get the impact of blasting water environment on the development of blasting law.Subject from the following aspects to carry out research.(1)Periodical blasthole water environment monitoring records for the stope of Dagushan deep open pit in winter and summer;(2)Data collection and collation of the physicochemical properties of the rock studied,and the parameter determination of the selected rock samples.Select similar simulation blasting test to explore blasting characteristics of a particular type of rock stope;(3)Obtaining the test data,using the energy criterion formula and the similarity law of explosive geometry,to seek the law of change of unit consumption of explosive with water quantity and temperature;(4)The blasting fragmentation effect is analyzed by reasonable operation method of blasting block distribution,and the rose pattern of joints and fractures is drawn to classify and contrast the disturbance of residual explosive body.Finally,the explosives energy distribution rules of the bench blasting blasthole with different charges were obtained.It provides some suggestions for the optimization of blasting parameters when the bench blasting of Dagushan Iron Mine encounters water disturbance. |
