| At present,China is in the stage of rapid development of economic transformation and industrial structure upgrading.The product replacement and technological upgrading brought by innovation force enterprises bear complex and changeable competitive pressures.How to strengthen their ability to cope with changes and improve innovation performance in a dynamic environment,so as to gain and maintain long-term competitive advantage,has become the focus of academic research.Most of the studies on the relationship between dynamic capabilities and innovation performance are empirical research,and are aimed at industries or industrial groups.There are limited literature on the impact of dynamic capabilities on enterprise innovation performance through a single case study at the micro level,and the path analysis of the impact of dynamic capabilities on enterprise innovation performance is not clear.These facts provide an opportunity for our study in this paper.This paper divides YT Group into four stages of development from its inception to the present by means of longitudinal case analysis.According to the four dimensions of dynamic capability,it describes in detail the process of establishing and improving dynamic capability of YT Group in different stages and its mechanism of action on innovation performance.Finally,it seeks the path of improving innovation performance for enterprises in different stages,and explores the whole process.The results show that,in the early stage of enterprise development,the ability to perceive dynamic ability promotes the cognitive change of actors,induces the establishment of dynamic ability so that the enterprises could seize the opportunity,determines the future development direction of enterprises,and indirectly affects the enterprises' access to creative resources and opportunities.With the rapid expansion of enterprises,the technological level of enterprises restricts the development of enterprises.Enterprises improve their learning ability by implementing talent strategy and investing capital energetically.The dynamic ability dominated by learning ability urges enterprises to carry out technological transformation and upgrading,thus promoting the overall improvement of production efficiency and technological ability of enterprises,establishing a new technological system,and discovering new window of opportunity.When the enterprise enters the mature stage,in order to increase the ability of resisting risks and the need for the integration of upstream and downstream resources in the industrial chain,as well as the need for synergistic effects with external resources,the enterprise finally realizes the optimal allocation of overall resources through the integration of external and internal resources.Nowadays,innovation plays a prominent role in promoting the transformation and development of companies.Innovation has become a new engine for enterprises to improve their competitiveness.Enterprise managers constantly improve their innovation ability by implementing innovation strategies and increasing R&D investment,thus forming an innovation system of enterprises,and ultimately affecting the continuous improvement of their innovation performance.In summary,this paper finally excavates the path mechanism of how the dynamic capability affects the innovation performance of enterprises at different stages under the guidance of different dynamic capability dimensions,and constructs the path map of the impact of dynamic capability on the innovation performance of enterprises. |
