China's construction industry is usually considered as an industry with highrisk of safety accidents due to the diversity of construction productionenvironment and the uncertainty of risks in the construction process.If the riskcannot be identified and prevented effectively in the construction process,it iseasy to cause major safety accidents.Therefore,it is imperative to carry outsafety risk management,and the safety risk of construction enterprises is mainlyconcentrated in the construction process.This article is about the Z enterprise construction safety risk management ofresearch,based on the basic situation of Z company,conduct safety managementpresent situation analysis,find out the existing in the construction of riskidentification,risk control is not allowed and not in conformity with actualimplementation does not reach the designated position,controls,and actual caseanalysis.In order to solve problems and effectively prevent accidents,Zenterprise needs to study a set of scientific and systematic construction safetyrisk management mode.In the stage of preparation and implementation,asecurity risk management and control institution should be established to clarifythe responsibilities of the institution and post,and the entire staff should beeducated and trained.Then the identification,evaluation,hierarchical control,effect verification and continuous improvement of security risks should becarried out.In the risk identification stage,according to the actual situation ofthe enterprise,personnel,operation activities,production process,equipmentand facilities,major hazard sources and other aspects.After risk identification,the LEC method is used for safety risk assessment.After the assessment,the riskis divided into levels,and the five-level risk control is implemented.Targetedsafeguard measures are formulated from the aspects of organizational management system,safety education and training,safety production technologyand construction site management.Construction safety risk management isactually a dynamic and continuous process.When risks change,correspondingcontrol measures should be continuously improved.
