In the second half of 2016,Corrugated paper and paperboard have successively experienced large-scale and large-scale price increases nationwide.Domestic corrugated enterprises frequently limit production and stop operations,and the market supply and demand are unbalanced.On the one hand,the prices of major raw materials and coal prices continue to rise,and the cost of raw materials for enterprises increases;on the other hand,the environmental protection policy has become more stringent,and the state has proposed a policy of eliminating backward production capacity,and the reform of the supply-side structure has achieved certain results.Therefore,the price of raw materials for corrugated paper may continue to rise.In addition,the rapid development of the logistics and transportation industry has greatly promoted the demand for cartons and prompted the rapid rise of corrugated paper prices.The combination of multiple factors has led to the rise in large-scale paper prices and is a concentrated outbreak of many problems in the industry in recent years.H Packaging Co.,Ltd is a large-scale integrated packaging enterprise that manufactures packaging products such as corrugated cardboard and corrugated boxes.Over the past 20 years,the company has experienced many business reforms and technological innovations.It has been developing continuously in a complex market competition environment.It has been ranked among the top three in Xi'an for many years and has a high reputation and credibility in Shaanxi Province.Along with the impact of economic downturn,large-scale paper prices soared,corporate labor costs increased,and environmental protection legislation escalated the pressure on corporate environmental protection investment,making the competitive environment faced by enterprises sharply deteriorated.The profitability of the packaging industry is thin,and the harsh macro environment catalyzes more intense market competition,Enterprises are currently facing severe external challenges.In front of the company's management,it is necessary to recognize the company's development status,reorganize the company's resources,formulate a competitive strategy suitable for the company's current development,enhance the market's competitive advantage,reverse the current unfavorable situation,and achieve sustainable and healthy.This article takes H Packaging Co.,Ltd(hereinafter referred to as H Company)as the research object,starting from the current situation of H company,using PEST analysis,"Five Forces" model and other strategic analysis tools to analyze the internal and external competitive environment of H company,identify the advantages and opportunities,disadvantages and threats of H company at the stage,and implement the company's strategic integrity.In front of the company's management,it is necessary to recognize the company's development status,reorganize the company's resources,formulate a competitive strategy suitable for the company's current development,enhance the market's competitive advantage,reverse the current unfavorable situation,and achieve sustainable and healthy development of the company,Based on the basic characteristics of practicality,pertinence,and long-term,Formulate differentiation strategy that meets H's focus on large electronic information customers has been developed.Under the thinking and principles of manufacturing thinking to customer focused strategy,manufacture+service differentiation,arranged and deployed various stages of work of relevant departments,proposes to improve management and organization,actively introduce talents,use delicacy management to reduce operating costs,strengthen technological equipment innovation,strengthen information resources integration ability,improve marketing ability,a series of safeguards measures by all departments.
