Wetlands, forests and oceans are three of the world's most important ecosystems, and wetlands are widely watched around the world for their irreplaceable ecosystem service functions.Since its establishment in 2006,Xi'an JingWei Wetland Nature Reserve has made a huge impact on water purification, climate regulation, prevention of dust, biodiversity conservation and social economy. With the rapid development of economy, the process of land use makes great changes in the land use patterns, extents, ecological environment quality and ecosystem service functions, therefore, the research on land use change and ecological service functions in protected areas can provide a theoretical basis for the future development and utilization.Taking Xi'an JingWei Wetland Nature Reserve as the research object, with the support of RS and GIS technology platform, this paper systematically analyzes the characteristics of land use dynamic change and the response of biodiversity function and ecosystem service value under the influence of land use change by using the land use dynamic change model,InVEST-biodiversity model and land use ecological service value model for ten years since the reserve had established, the conclusions and results show: During the 10 years from 2006 to 2016,the land use of Xi'an Wei Wetland Nature Reserve has undergone tremendous changes;in the change of land use range, there has been a situation of “one reduction and more increase”,in which cultivated land has decreased sharply, and other land The types of utilization are increased by different extents, and the order of growth is: grassland > construction land > forest land > wetland > unused land;in terms of speed change, only the land use type of cultivated land is reduced.Other land use types have increased with different dynamic degrees, among which the fastest growing is forest land;in terms of degree change, the land use index changes up and down the national average level, the overall land use degree is higher, and the land use is in the adjustment period; In terms of dynamic transfer, the mutual transformation of land use types in protected areas mainly occurs between farmland, grassland, woodland, wetland and construction land. The change of farmland area is the most obvious, mainly to grassland, wetland, construction land and forest.During 2006 to 2016,the habitat quality of the wetland was up-and-down under the influence of land use and human influence, and the local habitat declined.According to the classification of habitat quality in the reserve, the overall habitat quality was moderate. The habitat quality of each district in the protected area is from high to low: Baqiao District > Weiyang District > Gaoling District;the main cause of the decline in habitat quality is artificial habitat including residential land, industrial land, traffic land and cultivated land, but The natural habitats of wetlands and woodlands are more likely to help maintain the function of the biodiversity of the wetlands.During 2006 to 2016,the total value of ecological services in wetlands showed an increasing trend with a large increase;the value of individual ecological services only showed a downward trend in food output, and other items increased with different growth trends;Among the ecological service values of the districts under the jurisdiction, the Baqiao District showed a high growth rate, and the Gaoling District declined. The change of the ecological service value within the study area was significantly affected by the land use change and the ratio of ecological service value.
