Ecosystem service plays an important role in the sustainable development of human society, economy and ecological environment, the study of ecosystem service is one of the hotspots of current ecology.During the past half century, with the increasing population and the increasing demand for material, the destruction of ecological environment caused by human beings has caused irreversible effects, especially the frequent occurrence of global ecological problems, such as over exploitation of natural resources, water resources shortage, global warming, biodiversity decreased, further exacerbated the deterioration of ecosystem services. The quantitative study of regional ecosystem service is helpful for people to better understand the importance of ecosystem service, which is of great significance to the sustainable development of regional economy, resources and environment,it also provide reference for regional ecosystem construction and management. In this paper, taking the Yanhe river basin of Loess Plateau of Shaanxi Province as the research area,Combined remote sensing and ArcGIS technology, based on the data of land use/cover change in 2000,2005 and 2010,using InVEST model to evaluate the temporal-spatial dynamics of soil conservation, carbon storage and habitat quality in 2000-2010.Based on the three key evaluation results to divide the important areas of ecosystem Services in 2010.The results showed that:(1)The land use/cover change of Yanhe river basin was obvious.Grassland, farmland, shrub and woodland were the main types of land use in the study area,The areas of wetlands,Towns and deserts were very low.The area of grassland, shrub and woodland and towns increased by 76532.58hm~2,7964.48hm~2,4804.8hm~2,3514.76hm~2 respectively on 10 years changes of the study area, the area of grassland is the most obvious increase in class. The area of farmland, wetlands and deserts reduced 92748.95hm~2,45.18hm~2,26.63hm~2 respectively.the change of farmland area is the most in all land.(2)Soil conservation showed a significant increase on the Yanhe River Basin in 10 years. The soil conservation in the study area was 4.44×107t in2000、7.79×107t in 2005 and 9.27×107t in 2010,respectively,with an average annual growth rate of 7.64%in 2000,2005 and 2010.The spatial distribution of soil conservation showed that the south part are larger than the north part and the east part being larger than the west part. The Yanchang county was the area where the soil conservation is the most in 10 years.(3)Carbon storage was significantly increasing on the Yanhe River Basin in 10 years. The carbon storage in the study area was 4900.74×l04 t in2000、5019.99×10~4 t in 2005 and 5021.10×10~4 t in 2010,respectively,with an average annual growth rate of 0.24%in 2000,2005 and 2010.The spatial distribution of carbon storage in the basin showed that the north part and South part are larger than the middle part, and the middle part being larger than the east part and the west part. The Baota district was the area where the biological carbon storage change most obviously in 10 years.(4)Habitat quality was improved obviously on the Yanhe River Basin in 10 years. The average habitat quality index in the study area was 0.469 in2000、0.494 in 2005 and 0.495 in 2010,respectively,with an average annual growth rate of 0.54 in 2000,2005 and 2010.The habitat quality in the south part is better than that in the north part, the habitat quality index was 0.6-0.9 in the southeast and southwest of Yanchang County and the southern of Baota district, which is the best area for the habitat quality. The habitat quality index was 0-0.2 in the part of central Baota district, which is the worst area in the basin.(5)Through the comprehensive evaluation of ecological services in 2010 shows that, the proportion of important areas of ecological service function is 23.08%,the proportion of the three functions which are important at the same time is 0.28%.It mainly located in the southeast and southwest of Yanchang county and the southern of Baota district.
