Iron ore sintering,as an important ironmaking process,is the process of sintering the furnace,and there will inevitably be problems such as system leakage.The leakage of the sintering machine system increases the energy consumption of sintering and reduces the output and quality of the sintered ore.Therefore,controlling the leakage of the sintering machine is an important research content to improve the efficiency of steel.At present,the leakage detection of sintering machine is still in the state of manual detection,which is inefficient and inaccurate.That is to say,it can not effectively detect the leakage of sintering machine system,nor can it deal with the situation of aggravated leakage in time.In case of the above problems,this paper designs an on-line monitoring system for the air leakage rate of the sintering machine based on the oxygen balance analysis method(oxygen content method)to realize the monitoring of the air leakage rate of the sintering machine system and the air leakage of the sintering machine system.Through the analysis of the air leakage detection result and the air leakage phenomenon of the sintering machine,the control method and related devices of the main air leakage point of the sintering system are studied.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:The idea of designing the air leakage monitoring system of the sintering machine based on the oxygen content method and the method of air leakage control are proposed after studied the method of measuring the air leakage rate of the sintering machine and the air leakage control method,that is: by optimizing the structure design of the sintering machine to prevent air leakage,applying the air leakage sealing technology of the sintering machine to control the air leakage and establishing the air leakage rate monitoring system of the sintering machine,improving the automatic management level of the air leakage rate of the sintering machine to control the system leakage.(1)According to the principle of detecting air leakage rate by oxygen content method,oxygen content sensors are installed on movable platform and fixed lower part of the bellows,which are respectively used to realize online detection of oxygen content in the flue gas under grate and the flue gas oxygen content under each bellows.A set of oxygen content sensors are installed forward and back at the air leakage end of the large flue,and an on-line monitoring system for air leakage rate of sintering machine is designed based on VS2017 platform.The system only needs to measure two groups of oxygen content data before and after the air leakage point.The air leakage rate of the bellows in the production process can be obtained by processing the measured oxygen content data and results can be displayed in real time on the computer interface program to realize the monitoring of the air leakage rate of sintering machine.(2)According to the principle of detecting air leakage rate by oxygen content method,oxygen content sensors are installed on the moving trolley and under the fixed bellows respectively,and oxygen content sensors are installed on the front and back of the dust collector respectively.Based on VS2017 platform,an on-line monitoring system for air leakage rate of sintering machine is designed.The system only needs to measure two groups of oxygen content data before and after air leakage point.The measured oxygen content data are sent to the computer.After processing,the air leakage rate of the bellows in the production process can be obtained.The real-time display on the computer program interface can realize the monitoring of air leakage rate of sintering machine system.(3)Combining the designed monitoring system with the manual detection method,the air leakage measurement of the Qinggang sintering machine system is carried out,and the key technology of air leakage control is proposed for the trolley section where the air leakage rate accounts for more than 53%.In view of the air leakage at the edge of the trolley of the sintering trolley,a reciprocating cloth method and an edge pressing structure are adopted,and a blind plate structure is used to replace the purlin structure on both sides of the trolley.The tapered block sealing structure with thread and gasket fastening is designed to control the air leakage at the pin hole of the trolley of the lower rail of the trolley.It is proposed to use the principle of negative pressure self-priming to design the sealing plate and sealing control system applied to the sidewall seal of the sintering machine trolley to control the air leakage in the side wall of the sintering machine trolley.According to the production practice,the online monitoring system for the air leakage rate of the sintering machine based on the oxygen content method can effectively monitor the air leakage rate of the main air leakage part of the sintering machine system,and timely feedback the parts with increased air leakage to the staff,so that the production site can prevent wind and blockage in time.Leakage,thus controlling the system's air leakage.After applying the key technology of the air leakage control of the sintering machine trolley studied in this paper,the quality and output of the sintered ore have been improved,the energy consumption of the sintering machine has been reduced,and certain economic benefits have been achieved.
