Gas disasters seriously influence the coal production safety in China coal mines. But gas drainage is the basic way to prevent gas disasters. Choosing the appropriate hole sealing and air leakage disposal technology is the key to improve the effect of the gas drainage.Through the analysis of the surrounding rock stress change rule of coal seam around the borehole and its distribution,and the research of ways and methods of the air leakage of gas drainage drilling in coal seam,the drilling leakage model was established and the calculating formula of borehole air was gived.Also,the main influencing factors of the drilling air leakage was deduced.Combining with the current hole sealing and air leakage disposal technology and based on the theory of active supporting type of hole sealing,the article puted forward the integrated concept of air leakage disposition and driling sealing and developed three capsular bag’s plugging device.Finally,the industrial experiment of the integrated technology of air leakage disposition and driling sealing was conducted in the 14020 working face of Yi’an mine belonging to Yima coal industry group company of HNEC.By comparing the two month’s gas concentration of drilling, after two air leakage disposal,gas drainage concentration of drilling approximately began increased and the period of effective gas drainage was extened.Three capsular bag’s plugging technology can improve the effectiveness of gas drainage.
