| This article investigates the monitoring method for the leakage of the Mohe-Daqing oil pipeline in detail,and compares the advantages and disadvantages of various methods.According to the actual pipeline situation of the Mohe-Daqing oil pipeline,the monitoring method which is suitable for the actual situation of the Mohe-Daqing oil pipeline is proposed.The details are as follows: instruments for measuring pressure and flow are installed on the oil pipelines,and a real-time database on both ends of the oil pipelines is established.The negative pressure wave method and the differential transmission method are coupled to exploit the advantages of various methods to monitor and position the leakage point of oil pipelines.Positioning improves accuracy and sensitivity,reduces false alarm rate,and transmits leaked monitoring data and positioning information to the information center of Mohe Station.After being analyzed and processed,the results are reported to the dispatching department,so as to obtain first-hand information of the actual situation of the oil pipeline.Based on the above-mentioned monitoring method theory,this paper developed the monitoring system for the leakage of the Mohe-Daqing oil pipeline.The system is developed based on the scada system.The flow,pressure,and other data of the pipeline are collected by measuring instruments installed on the oil pipeline.Then the data is processed and analyzed according to the internal coupling method of the system to obtain the leakage of the pipeline.And the leak location is located.The terminal device will transfer the collected data to the monitoring center to monitor the actual operation of the pipeline in real time.After the experiment on the actual pipeline of the Mohe-Daqing oil pipeline,the leak monitoring system can eliminate the disturbance of working conditions,eliminate leakage,monitor,locate and alarm for the pure liquid oil pipeline,and has a strong improvement in precision and sensitivity with practical reliability.The system realizes the automatic leakage monitoring and positioning of the liquid pipeline,which has broad application prospects in the leakage monitoring and positioning of the liquid pipeline. |
