| The lifeblood of national development is the exploitation and utilization of mineral resources.In this era of rapid development,the role of mineral resources has become more and more important.In the context of the rapid development of the national economy,people’s demand for mineral resources is also increasing,and the development and utilization of mining resources is a very complicated process.On the one hand,the mining process is relatively cumbersome,and the reason for this is that the dangers faced by underground mining practitioners during the construction process are also more complex and changeable.Therefore,the use of new technologies and means for mine design and planning is essential.The traditional design is based on paper or CAD,and the two-dimensional representation of the three-dimensional roadway distribution is not intuitive,so it will bring certain difficulties to the construction workers.Therefore,based on various surveying and geological data of mines,it is an ideal solution to construct a three-dimensional visualization model of mines and intuitively reflect the relationship between underground mine roadways and terrain,roadways and ore bodies.The construction of the three-dimensional digital model can visually display the overall layout of the mine,and is a new idea that can improve mine safety and expand production efficiency.With the advancement of science and technology,the three-dimensional digital model of mine has been recognized by many mines at home and abroad,and has been highly valued by many research institutes and technology development companies.Therefore,the development of mine informatization has become an inseparable part of building a modern digital mine.The core part of the digital mine is the three-dimensional visualization of the mine,making full use of the powerful functions of the mining software 3DMine to process and process the existing two-dimensional plan of the mine.On the one hand,it can be used for the distribution of the ore body of the mine,the mine engineering layout and the mine.The surface features are displayed in three dimensions,and on the other hand,the resource consumption of the mine can be reduced,thereby improving the economic benefits of the mine.Based on the status quo of mine development in various countries,this paper studies the construction of three-dimensional digital model of the central and eastern northwest mining and the northwest mining area of Daxin manganese mine in Daxin manganese mine limited liability company using 3DMine,a mine three-dimensional visualization modeling software independently developed by China..In the modeling process,the DTM method was used to construct the 3D model of Daxin manganese ore surface.The 3D solid model of the ore body was established by using the section line method and the geological drilling data.The roof type plus floor method,section extension method and midline plus roadway were used.The section method and the solid model of the roadway are generated from the roadway waistline.The goaf model is constructed based on the ore body model.The boundary definition of the goaf is realized through the production planning and the extent of the goaf. |
