Research On The Green Development Strategy Of Shenhua Nortel Shengli Energy Co., Ltd

As China’s main energy resources,huge mining,high consumption,low utilization rate and low recovery rate of resources have resulted the decreasing of coal resources reserves,as well as the increasing environmental pollution and ecological damage,and also seriously threatening the sustainable development of China’s economy.Since the Eighteenth Congress,the main contradictions in our society have also undergone major changes,the people’s demands to improve the ecological environment are becoming increasingly strong,and the imbalance in the development of the energy industry is becoming increasingly prominent,which ensures the reduction of resource consumption,environmental pollution,ecological degradation,by following the balance,economies,cleanliness,low carbon,cycle,safety and other principles to achieve development.With the intensification of energy resource constraints,the development model of energy consumption industry with huge consumption of resources such as coal,iron ore and bauxite is also changing,and speeding up the green development of high quality has become the most urgent task.Although the status of coal in China’s energy structure is difficult to shake in the short term,coal can completely through the "transformation" to achieve the low carbonation of high-carbon energy,i.e.,to achieve green coal development,Shenhua Beidian Shengli Energy Co.,Ltd.,established in the end of 2003,is a large coal state-owned enterprise based in Xilinhot,mainly responsible for the construction of large open-pit coal mines in Shengli coalfield,is one of the 30 key coal production enterprises in IMAR,also the only one legal of tens of millions of open-air coal mines in Xilingol League,and has been included in the national advanced production capacity and the country’s 8 special emergency insurance coal mine and 14 high-quality advanced production capacity release coal.It has played an important role in ensuring the safety of local people’s livelihood and economic operation.Taking Shengli Energy Company as the research object,this paper focuses onthe theme of green development of coal enterprises,summarizes the present situation of the development of Shengli Energy Company,analyzes the internal and external environment of its operation,and the opportunities,threats,advantages and disadvantages it faces by using SWOT analysis method.Through the results of these analyses,the company can obtain efficient and clean green development strategy as well as the implementation ways of safeguard measures.For the enterprise and similar large-scale state-owned coal enterprises,it provides a theoretical reference on promoting green development,circular development,low-carbon development and the formation of resource conservation.
