Clothing industry is one of the makers of environmental pollution and the second largest polluting enterprise after petrochemical industry.With the continuous improvement of people's living standards in our country,the updating speed of clothing styles is getting faster and faster,and consumers are constantly updating their wardrobes in pursuit of fashion,thus forming a " disposable"consumption pattern.The annual consumption of clothing is soaring,which means that many crises are coming to us,such as huge resource consumption,pollution and emission,water resource waste,health crisis,etc.Of the 50 million old clothes produced in China each year,less than 10%can be reused.As the environment deteriorates and is increasingly criticized by the public,the clothing industry is also paying more and more attention to the introduction of the concept of environmental protection,advocating green fashion and promoting the recycling of old clothes.Denim clothing,which has been enduring in the changing times,is wear-resistant,suitable for all seasons,regardless of gender and so on,so it is very representative among many old clothes.Under the background of advocating green fashion,this topic studies the reengineering and innovative design of cowboy clothing from the perspective of environmental protection and reduction of resource wavste.First of all,through collecting and analyzing the background information of the subject and the research status in this field at home and abroad,the research approaches and objectives of this subject are detennined.Secondly,the concept and connotation of green fashion are deeply interpreted,and the concept of social green fashion advocated by the clothing industry for excessive consumption of resources and surplus products is explored,thus laying a good theoretical foundation for the research.By studying the history and current situation of denim clothing development,the current situation of recovery and reuse of denim clothing is not optimistic,so the necessity of denim clothing reengineering and innovative design is introduced.Starting from the innovative design of the style,structure and technology of cowboy clothing,to the deconstruction design and multi-element mix-and-match design of cowboy clothing,this paper sums up the methods and skills of reengineering and innovative design of cowboy clothing.Finally,these methods are further summarized and finally applied to the practice of innovative design,so as to achieve a perfect fit between environmental protection and fashion.The author hopes to stimulate the attention of more clothing practitioners and fans through personal practice,actively participate in the research of cowboy clothing green fashion,develop and design more new products,guide consumers' consumption concept of fashion and environmental protection,and protect the world's green ecology.
