Research On The Construction Of Harmonious Labor Relations In Southwest Oil And Gas Fields

In recent years,PetroChina Southwest Oil&Gas Field Company(hereinafter referred to as SWOG)has proposed to build a harmonious labor relationship,effectively protecting people's livelihood,maintaining stability,continuing to exert power in public relations,and ensuring the stable and harmonious development of SWOG.The establishment of a harmonious labor relationship is of great significance to the employees of SWOG.It solves an imbalanced and incomplete problem of the development of the company and satisfies the pursuit of a better life by the employees,which is the real reflection of implementation of the spirit of 19th CPC National Congress.This paper,starting with the introduction of labor relations,analyzes the new characteristics and exsiting outstanding problems in the field of labor relations,dives deep into the causes of problems,learns from the latest theoretical results and practical experience in the development of labor relations in China,and draws lessons from the theories and practices(labor relations system theory,labor relation strategy theory,and labor relations theory viewpoint)of labor relations adjustmnet in the Western developed countries.According to the requirements of the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,from the perspective of enterprise organization,it studies the adaptability of the construction of harmonious labor relations in the company,and analyzes the problems existing in the labor employment,salary and welfare policy,system and management mechanism.From the perspective of harmonious subjects(government,enterprise,employee),dominant factors,harmonious mechanisms,harmonious strategy and harmonious target,the harmonious labor relationship system of the Brach is constructed.Through research and analysis,this paper aims to achieve a positive role of the Branch in improving the management of labor relations,organizing and coordinating the conflicts in labor relations,and optimizing the construction of harmonious labor relations.It will serve as a reference for other similar state-owned enterprises in building a harmonious labor relationship...
