Research On The Performance Evaluation Of A Logging Company's Project Team

With the constant falling of oil prices in recent years and the worsening of market environment,which has caused a great impact on the upstream sector of the oil industry.At the same time,the oil service enterprise is reformed to be listed,the traditional oil field regional protection has not existed.In order to survive and develop in such a big situation,the XX logging company needs to change the business strategy and management pattern,and its performance evaluation system has already cannot satisfy the needs of the development,a comprehensive and reasonable performance evaluation system need to be established to fill the company's lack of performance management,which can improve the competitiveness of the company and realize company's strategy.Based on consulting volumes of material at home and abroad and researching on the performance evaluation of the project team of XX logging company,and by analyzing the current performance evaluation of the team and the team's foundation of performance evaluation,the problems of the performance evaluation have been found,then deeply analyzing the main reasons for these problems.use BSC and KPI to construct project team performance evaluation system according to the characteristics of the logging project team.During the research,uses the literature research and expert interview method to select 30 performance indicators,and obtains 15 key technical indicators through questionnaire survey,then a performance evaluation system that meets the characteristics of the logging project team has been built.Finally,by analyzing the application of the performance evaluation of the team of XX logging company,the feasibility of this new system will be demonstrated.
