Research On The Evaluation Method Of Green Development Efficiency Of Textile Industry Based On DEA-MaLmquist Index

Green development of industry is a new model of industrial development against the background that green-oriented industry and technology will become the leading driving force and new growth point of China’s economy.Textile industry,as a traditional pillar industry to promote the continuous development of China’s economy,has the characteristics of high degree of marketization,high regional concentration,large number of employees and strong role in stimulating domestic demand.lt is one of the indispensable industrial elements of China’s economic framework.Promoting the green development of textile industry will have a positive and beneficial impact on China’s economic development.However,many factors,such as low energy utilization efficiency,serious emission pollution and insufficient technological innovation capacity,have seriously hindered the green development of China’s textile industry.Therefore,in order to guide China’s textile industry to adapt to the new situation of green development,attention must be paid to the harmony and win-win situation between the development efficiency of textile industry and resources and ecology,while the traditional evaluation method of textile industry’s economic efficiency has certain defects and ignores the negative impact of textile industry’s product production on the ecological environment and social economy.Therefore,a scientific,perfect and feasible evaluation system and evaluation method based on the green development of textile industry are urgently needed to provide a basis for promoting China’s textile industry’s green transformation and development.On the basis of summarizing previous studies,this paper uses the methods of literature review,qualitative analysis and quantitative research,theoretical research and empirical research to study the evaluation method of green development efficiency of textile industry,and constructs the evaluation index system of green development efficiency of textile industry.According to the characteristics of green development of textile industry,this paper selects the comprehensive index value synthesis method and DEA-Malmquist index method as the evaluation method and calculation model,respectively,and makes an empirical study on the scientificity and operability of the evaluation method and model.The first chapter introduces the research status of green development and efficiency evaluation of textile industry,and expounds the research ideas and methods of this paper.The second chapter mainly introduces some concepts and theories related to green development of industry,and clearly defines the concepts of green development and green development of industry.The third chapter summarizes the limitations of the traditional evaluation index system of textile industry’s economic efficiency and constructs a new evaluation index system of textile industry’s green development efficiency by comprehensively considering the factors of resources,environment and economy.The fourth and fifth chapters are the key chapters of this paper,and the fourth chapter selects the index value synthesis method as the evaluation research method according to the index system established in the third chapter.Considering that whether the textile industry can achieve green development mainly depends on its production process being green and clean,and its production process is a multi-factor input-output process,this paper uses DEA and Malmquist index methods to measure the green development efficiency of the textile industry from both static and dynamic aspects on the basis of comprehensive consideration of many factors such as economy,energy and environmental pollution.The fifth chapter is mainly to verify the scientificity and operability of the evaluation method in this paper.The sixth chapter is the summary of this article and the outlook for the future.
