Research On Countermeasures To Promote The Construction Of Ecological Civilization By Relying On The Natural Forest Protection Project

Natural forest protection program(Hereinafter referred to as “NFPP”)is a national ecological engineering based on the overall interests of the Chinese nation.The survival and development of natural forest resources are closely related to the survival and development of human society,the NFPP is not only a major measure to build land ecological barrier,but also a major measure to leave precious ecological resources for the future generations of the Chinese nation.Since the implementation of the NFPP,China has continuously planted more trees and has made a very brilliant success,which has played a very important improving role for promoting the construction of ecological civilization in China.However,the implementation of the NFPP has also brought about some negative effects,the contradiction between the ecological environment protection and the society economy development exist everywhere.After implementing the NFPP,the stake-holders such as the state,local government,forestry,enterprises,workers have been influenced to different degrees.If adequate measures are not taken,the smooth implementation of the NFPP and the development of local economy society will be affected to a certain extent.By using a combination of theoretical and empirical analysis,this paper makes a systematic analysis of the current situation,achievements and existing problems of the construction of ecological civilization in China,and re-examine the status and function of the NFPP in the construction of ecological civilization.Under the guidance of the western ecological theory,the Chinese traditional ecological civilization thought and the thought and theory of ecological civilization construction of the Communist Party of China,the strategic value of the NFPP to the ecological civilization construction is further verified.Finally,with taking Yichun as an example and combining with the current situation of the implementation of the NFPP,this paper explores the impact of the NFPP on the local economy,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions aimed at the existing problems of the NFPP,so as to guide the smooth implementation of the NFPP in the future,and to better promote the construction of ecological civilization in China while implementing the NFPP.
