The unique molecular structure of organic silicon products makes it have both inorganic materials and organic materials with excellent characteristics,such as high and low temperature resistance,corrosion resistance and flame retardant,etc.These excellent characteristics make it widely used in various fields.With the rapid growth of China’s economy,the supply of organic silicon products is often in short supply.This paper aims to realize the automatic transformation of the old organic silicon production plant,design and complete the organic silicon production control system,and rely on this system to improve the yield and quality of organic silicon,improving production safety and production efficiency,realizing the observability and controllability of the entire organic silicon production process.This paper takes a silicone factory which located in RiZhao as the background,through the onthe-spot investigation at the scene of the organic silicon production,further study of the organic silicon production process,discovered the plant in the process of production,poor control accuracy and production parameters exist workers wrong operation,and establish organic silicon production intelligent control system is given to solve these problems.First of all,according to the production requirements and process flow of organic silicon products,the overall design of the production control system of organic silicon products,including hardware selection,installation and software logic control program writing and debugging.In the form of pictures to show two representative programs.In order to achieve the purpose of saving water and electricity,it is proposed to add frequency converter to the original cooling system of the factory to adjust the output power of the motor,realize the constant pressure control of cooling water,and complete the design and installation of the cooling system.Secondly,the importance of temperature to organic silicon production is introduced.The temperature of chemical reaction directly determines the yield and quality of organic silicon.In addition,due to the hysteresis and nonlinearity of temperature control,simple logic control cannot achieve accurate temperature control.Therefore,this paper focuses on the temperature control in the process of constant temperature reaction.Fuzzy PID control algorithm based on Smith estimation and compensation is used to realize the temperature control of the reactor.Simulink simulation verifies the effect of this algorithm in the aspect of temperature control.Then,the King View software was used to build an information monitoring platform for the production process of organic silicon,so as to realize the online monitoring of organic silicon production,abnormal production parameter alarm and other functions,and improve the safety of production.Finally,the completed intelligent control system of organic silicon production is applied to the production,realizing the control of the temperature and production process of organic silicon,saving labor costs for enterprises,and improving product profits and product competitiveness.
