In recent years, because of the rapid development of the food industry and the continuing advance of the food packaging industry, the demand for automatic filling equipment is growing and efficient and convenient filling equipment get the favor of the manufacturer. With chili oil sales growth, the original manual production mode of ‘Lao Gan Ma' company can't meet the production demands. So, the company needs auto filling production equipment for oil chili.This thesis analyzed the filling requirements of chili oil, established the simulation model of control system of automatic filling machine for oil chili by Simulink, realized the control system simulation by the related simulation experiments and designed the filling machine control system. The main research is as follows:First of all, features and requirements of filling system are analyzed, meanwhile work processes and mechanical and electrical part is introduced. Then the induction motor and servo motor which belong to mixing system and measuring cylinder system, respectively, are modeled and analyzed.Secondly, the space vector control of AC motor is introduced, the calculate principle is given. Considering the complex operating situation in mixing system, the speed-current double loop control is adopted and the related analysis is given. Likewise, according to the actual condition, the stepper motor control and servo motor control are compared in measuring cylinder system. Since the high accuracy is needed in measuring cylinder system, the open-loop control has rough steady state performance and poor anti-interference ability, while the closed-loop control does better, PI controller is used in position control, speed control and current control, respectively to assure fast and accurate performance and strong robustness of system.At last, to verify the feasibility of the system, the control system of automatic filling machine was established, which including the design of PLC control system and pneumatic system and the selection of motor and sensor, and filling experiment was carried out by prototype. Experimental results showed that filling tolerance was small and the control system was stable and feasible.
