| With the acceleration of economic globalization,enterprises have become more and more closely linked to the world economy and market competition has become more and more intense.Technological innovation has gradually become the driving force behind economic development,which is a key factor in enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises.In recent years,oil companies of China have also valued the importance of technological innovation for the development of enterprises themselves and national energy security,and gradually increased their investment of research and development(R&D)for each scientific research unit of enterprises,which has made many important achievements in this process.CNPC and Sinopec,as the two largest oil companies in China,have occupied most of the oil market share of China,and their respective technological innovation systems were also relatively complete.However,due to historical reasons,oil companies of China operated independently,and there was less cooperation between the two companies on technological innovation.Faced with the continuous progress in the level of science and technology and the increase in the difficulty of development,technological innovation based on its own resources alone cannot meet the needs of its production and development,cooperative R&D has become an important strategic choice for oil companies of China to achieve technological innovation.Therefore,how to improve cooperative R&D through technological innovation of oil companies of China to make fully and effectively use R&D funds,complement technology advantages,improve R&D efficiency,reduce innovation risks,upgrade their technological innovation capabilities is becoming a serious problem.This paper selects CNPC and Sinopec,which have the highest market share of petroleum industry of China,as the research object.Analysis the status quo of technological innovation cooperative R&D of oil companies of China,propose the major problems faced in the development process,find out the motivation and actual conditions for the cooperation between the two parties,and point out that technological innovation cooperative R&D is the inevitable choice for the sustainable development of oil companies of China.Based on these assumptions,evolutionary game theory is used to build the payment matrix for the strategic set of scientific research units of CNPC and Sinopec to calculate the two equations of replication dynamics,analyze the stable points of strategy and phase diagram of path evolution,and research the game process involved in the cooperative R&D of technological innovation systematically.This paper can found that the strategy set of technological innovation cooperative R&D of oil companies of China tends to different stable points with the change of related factors.Then through the analysis of the simulation relationship between R&D costs,innovation coefficients,and income equilibrium in technological innovation cooperation R&D of oil companies of China,This paper found that oil companies of China choose different evolution strategy in the game process based on their own interests.And it is difficult for enterprises to achieve the optimal goal of decision-making considering the influence of reality of the capital,R&D cost,opportunism,etc.But Pareto Optimality can enable the scientific research units of oil companies China to achieve the optimal allocation of benefits in technological innovation cooperative R&D,and to promote its sustainable development.Therefore,in order to achieve the optimal allocation of technological innovation cooperative R&D resources,we should coordinate the interests of both sides and make a good interaction between them.This study enriches the application of evolutionary game theory,which will have important theoretical and practical significance for scientific guidance to technological innovation cooperative R&D of oil companies of China. |
