Economy in China has experienced rapid development in recent years,the emission of pollution is more and more serious at the same time,causing very bad influence on ecosystem environment,severely restricts the sustainable development of our country's economy and society.To solve these problems,a series of laws and regulations have been issued to regulate and constrain the behavior of enterprises so as to better control pollution emission and improve the ecological environment.Based on this situation,the environment regulation is one of the important external environment factors for companies to be faced,how to dynamically adapt to the change of environmental regulation to maintain lasting competitive advantage is becoming a hot spot of research at home and abroad.Environmental regulation will push enterprises to increase their input in environmental protection,thus there will be increasing production costs and reducing the competitiveness of products.However,enterprises can improve the efficiency of resource utilization through proper resource management,and make up for the increased costs due to compliance with environmental regulations,and even obtain additional benefits.Based on the theory of resource-based theory-dynamic capability and porter hypothesis,this paper introduces resource management to analyze the influence of environmental regulation on enterprise performance.Firstly,the concept,type and source of environmental regulation are introduced theoretically,and the development background,context,main content and development direction of resource basic theory are introduced.The relationship between environmental regulation and enterprise performance and the relationship between resource management and enterprise performance are summarized and analyzed.Based on the above theoretical analysis,four related hypotheses were proposed,and the scale of environmental regulation,the management of enterprise resource and the performance of enterprise was designed.In empirical research part,using the questionnaire to obtain data,based on analyzing the questionnaire reliability and validity and the mediation effect of the survey,set up four structural equation model,respectively tested the hypothesis is put forward.The results show that environmental regulation has a significant positive impact on resource management,and resource management has a significant positive influence on enterprise performance.Environmental regulation has a positive impact on corporate performance through the intermediary role of resource management.According to the article,the strict environmental regulation constraints actively improving the ability of enterprise resource management can offset the negative impact of the environmental regulation bringing to the performance of the enterprise to make the enterprise performance rise instead.Finally,from the perspective of government and enterprises advice were put forward to improve environmental regulation policy and strengthen resource management to provide some references for government and enterprises to actively and effectively cope with environmental regulation.
