Research On Reducing Single Box Consumption Of Filter Rods In High-speed Units Of XZ Cigarette Factory Based On DMAIC Method

With the rapid development of China's tobacco industry and the increasingly fierce competition,tobacco brands have sprung up quickly,and the impact of the WTO trade agreement on the tobacco industry has accelerated the pace of competition in the tobacco industry.In order to improve product quality and reduce costs,we can survive in fierce competition.Since 2009,the XZ cigarette factory has introduced fourteen sets of equipment with a speed of 12000/min and a PROTOS-M5 high speed coiling unit from the German HAUNI cigarette machine company.The matching packaging equipment is a GDX6S high-speed packing unit with a production speed of 600 packs/minutes from the Italy GD company.Germany FOCKE company introduced the production speed of 600 packs/minutes FX2 and FXS high-speed packaging units,the technical level and production capacity of the enterprise volume to reach the world's leading level.The purpose of this paper is to solve the actual problem of the index creation index of the related production data in the production process,and to improve the idea of the DMAIC in the Six Sigma management method,thus reducing the consumption of the single box of the filter rod in the production of the high speed unit.This paper first expounds the production environment of the enterprise and introduces the current situation of the consumption of the single box filter rod of the high speed unit.In the literature review,it expounds the development process of the Six Sigma management method at home and abroad and the main tools when it is used.Based on the analysis of the Chinese tobacco industry operation policy and the enterprise development target,the Six Sigma management method is combined with the actual situation of production operation.The problem of high consumption of single box filter rod in high speed unit is solved with the idea of DMAIC based on the idea of fish puncture map,C&E matrix and loss.The main factors that affect the consumption of single box filter rod in high speed unit are found by the quantitative analysis of Minitab software,and some factors are solved through quick win measures,and other factors are confirmed and improved by hypothesis testing.And the relevant improvement measures were solidified.After the operation is successful,the improvement measures will be applied to other units in the workshop.Research of this paper income 80.054 yuan for the cigarette factory of XZ,The consumption of single box filter rod in high speed unit from 8460/box to 8416/box,not only completed the established improvement goals,but also accumulated experience of post-practice Six Sigma management philosophy enterprises.
