The appearance of trimethylamine product is colorless with fish oil odor gas.It is generally transported by pressurization to liquid.The trimethylamine product can be widely used in the fields of petroleum processing and organic synthesis industry because of their special molecular structure.At present,choline chloride is the main application field of Trimethylamine.In order to cope with the fierce homogenization of competition,domestic industry are working in the energy saving and cost reduction,but the quality of trimethylamine has not been solved.In the field of fine chemicals,high-end trimethylamine products are still in short supply state.In this paper,the existing conditions of trimethylamine production were modified.Through the process simulation and hydraulic calculation of the extractive distillation column,the problems were solved.The transformation programme and investment budget were worked out.Through the single tower technical transformation and internal parts innovation,the operation load of extractive distillation tower was improved,and the quality of trimethylamine product had been improved.Furthermore,the influence of the single factor in the operation conditions of the extraction column and the combination of these factors on the quality of the product were studied.In the operation condition of trimethylamine rectifying tower,the temperature of extraction water,the inlet of extraction water,the inlet of raw material and the relative position of these two ports were the main factors.The best operation conditions of trimethylamine rectifying tower under the present production capacity were obtained.At the same time,the corresponding improved relatively good product quality.In order to achieve trimethylamine quality goals,shorten the transformation cycle and reduce the cost of investment,With the improved quality of trimethylamine as the basic data,the basic design conditions of distillation column were obtained by simple separation and simulation:Theoretical plate number:55 blocks,feed position:thirty-first plates,the tower top:high purity trimethylamine,bottom:water and residual material.In order to save funds,the idle equipment was transformed to achieve the ultimate goal.As the traditional process improved,the amount of extraction water was increased,and the energy consumption of the system became larger.According to the actual situation of the operation of Shandong Hualu Hengsheng chemical Limited by Share Ltd,the production of a single device is used for the production of high-end products of trimethylamine.Other devices supplement trimethylamine with this device to balance production.In addition,the amount of water extracted from the two sets is reduced,and the overall energy consumption of the three sets is reduced.
