Along with the rapid development of technology,Chemical Industry are becoming more and more intelligent and complication because of computer science.There is an urgent need for a group of skilled operators to meet the growing business needs of employers.The traditional simulation training technology mainly written materials,production internships supplemented.This training methods,the trainees of the factory layout,equipment location is still unknown to users,It has been unable to adapt well to today’s chemical industry production environment.Taking into account the drawbacks of traditional chemical training,and fre?quently triggered chemical safety issues.In this paper,a petrochemical plant in Shaanxi Province as an example,combined with the world’s most popular virtual reality tech?nology.The petrochemical immersion 3D simulation system based on Unity3D and HTC Vive is researched and designed from the aspects of chemical process flow simu-lation,virtual reality environment reproduction and communication between subsys-tems.In this paper,the development and application of various technologies as the be-ginning of the thesis,based on the full analysis and understanding of these technologies,put forward the concept of combining virtual reality technology with the operator train-ing system,and elaborated the architecture of the entire system.Based on the system architecture,this paper discusses the functional design of each subsystem in detail.Then in accordance with the chemical process and chemical industry standards for chemical equipment model building and in-depth study.Then the Unity3D engine is used to realize the virtual environment reproduction of the immersive simulation sys-tem,and the real equipment operation is simulated according to the mechanical struc-ture principle of each device.The key functions and technologies involved in the sys-tem implementation are discussed in detail.At the end of the article,according to the characteristics of the virtual reality environment,a great deal of system optimization has been done for this system.The petrochemical immersion 3D simulation system based on Unity3D and HTC Vive,which is researched in this paper,can make up for the shortcomings of lack of sense of space in operator training system and is a useful complement to operator train-ing system.The system completely get rid of the physical device limitations,for the first time to achieve the operator training system and Unity3D engine data synchroni-zation and communication,to achieve the traditional two-dimensional training images to high-precision immersion 3D simulation system across.The system has a strong scalability and portability,with good research value. |
