Research On Ecological Security Evaluation Of Shandong Coastal Cities

With the acceleration of urbanization and rapid economic development in China,the situation of ecological environment degradation is severe,and ecological security has been paid more and more attention.Regional ecological systems of Shandong coastal cities such as Yantai,Weihai,Qingdao and Rizhao are compound ecological systems of both natural factors and artificial factors,the regional urbanization level,highly developed by human disturbance is the most severe.Papers in Shandong coastal city ecological security evaluation research,to explore the influence mechanism of ecological security,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures,implement the various resources of the coastal city of Shandong,reasonable development and coastal city of ecological,economic and social sustainable development.In this paper,first of all,the concept of ecological security and urban ecological security,connotation and evaluation method has carried on the system,and in the related academic study of ecological security evaluation index system on the basis of,from a comprehensive perspective,according to the characteristics of the coastal city of Shandong,the ecological system,selection of pressure-state-response model(PSR model),build the nature,humanity and sea comprehensive ecological security evaluation index system.Using the index system,through the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the index weight,and it is concluded that the Shandong coastal city ecological security evaluation of the influence degree of the three factors from the state for the response,is the most important,and pressure,finally,based on the linear weighting method,the ecological security value of coastal cities in Shandong province from 2007 to 2015 and the ecological security value of the coastal cities in Shandong province were calculated,and the following conclusions were obtained:(1)The total value of ecological security in Qingdao,Yantai,Weihai and Rizhao is between 0.35 and 0.75,That is to say,the security level is not safe to be safe;Cities that do not achieve ecological security;(2)The overall ecological security of Qingdao is in stable fluctuation,and the development momentum is good.Around the development trend of moderate pressure layer,the pull force of the urban population pressure drop,form a complete set of service facilities,such as regulators aren't keeping pace with the development of economic development,leading to economic pressure is too large;The development of the state layer is better,among which the three wastes are too high,which leads to the decline of the environmental state,and the quality of the excellent beach resources is the important factor that causes the resource to rise.The development momentum of the response layer is good,and the investment of ecological protection and education has a significant impact on the development of the response state.(3)The overall ecological security of Yantai has been declining.The pressure value rises,the tidal flat,shoreline and other sea resources fluctuate more stable,resulting in less resource pressure;State in the Marine biodiversity,the nearshore area success rate are the two factors affecting the development of the resource state,wastewater discharge and Marine garbage distribution is led to the decrease of the environmental state of two factors;The policy,technology input and education investment in the response layer are the important factors affecting the development of the response layer.(4)The overall ecological security of Weihai is in good condition and the ecological security is stable.The development of the pressure layer is not optimistic,the resource pressure and economic pressure are small,and the environmental pressure is high.The overall development of the state layer is relatively high,and the key factors affecting the state value are the functional areas,beaches and Marine garbage in the coastal areas.The overall development trend of the response layer is good,and the input of ecological protection,public facilities and technology is the main factor affecting the economic response value.(5)The overall ecological security of Rizhao is unstable.The overall pressure value is lower and the advantage is obvious.The state layer is unstable,the three wastes and the Marine garbage discharge and the Marine biodiversity are the important factors that affect the state of environment and resources.The response level is unclear,the policy response and economic response are volatile,and investment in environmental protection is an important factor affecting economic response.Finally,the paper through to the coastal city of Shandong,ecological security pressure,state and response result analysis,to explore the cause of ecological security problems,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures,promote the rational development and sustainable use of resources,gradually achieve ecological,economic and social sustainable development of coastal cities.
