Along with our country low permeability oil and gas exploration demand increasing,the fracturing string failure result in oilfield accident is more and more serious,this kind of accident will not only result in waste of oil and gas wells,and even lead to injuries of construction workers.Therefore,putting forward a kind of ground measurements as the main body of the fracturing pipe string safety real-time monitoring method to the reasonable choice of construction string,prevent the post failure pipe and ensure the safety of the fracturing operation reliability has important significance.Through the application of a large number of advanced construction pipe column failure monitoring techniques and fracturing data measurement technology,foreign companies first developed a series of fracturing monitoring system.However,currently domestic companies monitor fracturing string only by using fracturing design data and ground pressure,these methods of safety monitoring is relatively simple and can not use real-time monitoring parameters on the ground to real-time monitoring fracturing string safety.Based on the survey of domestic and foreign column failure measurement technology and fracturing string safety monitoring technology,this paper carried on the comprehensive research on technology of fracturing string safety behavior,and obtained the following results:1.Based on the research on the fracturing construction work and well track and column safety behavior.This paper summed up the fracturing process of pipe column safety factors and the fracturing string failure characterization phenomenon,determining the engineering monitor and control parameters of Fracturing string safety monitoring system.Meanwhile,the comprehensive evaluation of the feasibility of the ground monitoring technology used in the column security monitoring,to determine a set of fracturing string safety monitoring method.2.According to the fracturing construction string safety real-time monitoring method,to establish a set of safety monitoring model,based on the ground monitoring parameters as the main body,and combined with the well track data,and fracturing string data.3.A set of data acquisition software based on multi-source data fusion technology and 3G data transmission specification was designed.To achieve the purposes of experts do not reach the wells,remote discovery accidents,monitoring column security.4.According to the fracturing string safety monitoring model established,with the help of the high-level programming language C#,the system framework and system design and the hardware supporting scheme of fracturing string safety monitoring was developed.The instance data of XX oilfield X well shows that the system's safety monitoring analysis results are in good agreement with the actual situation.This system can meet field needs,and has good application value.The fracturing string safety monitoring system designed and developed in this paper makes full use of the technical advantages of existing ground measurement instruments,realizes real-time data acquisition,real-time data transmission,real-time string safety monitoring and other functions,and provides technical personnel with a more complete technical decision support platform.
