With many years of large-scale mining stratified in Daqing Oilfield, downhole conditions is more complex. Oil exploitation is more and more difficult. The contradiction of fine layering is more and more significant. The moisture content of the production layer is gradually increasing. These factors lead to the further deterioration of the working environment in the mining process. The failure of water injection pipe string and packer is becoming more and more obvious. These problems seriously restrict the process of the water injection process. So it is very necessary to detect the working condition of the bearing capacity of the packer in the well. This research topic has important significance to improve the technology of running, fishing, sealing inspection and preventing the short circuit process. This also helps to further improve the efficiency of multi-level subdivision measurement and adjustment method.Based on the requirements of the downhole harsh working environment and load testing technology, this paper studies the load detection technology of oil well packer string. The technology scheme is composed of two parts, which are the underground testing mechanical short and the ground data playback system. The underground instrument part is composed of a test sensor with a signal collection and storage circuit system. The system does not affect the normal operation of oil well in the process of testing and the collected load and temperature data are stored in the Micro SD card which can resist high temperature. After the underground test was finished, testing mechanical short with column was salvaged from the well. Through the ground data playback analysis system can get the load data of the oil well pipe string packer.According to the design of the overall technical scheme, the whole state of load testing is made, which includes the design of the short joint of the load detection sensor, the layout of the strain gauge and the design of the mechanical structure. The design of the power module is based on MAX856 and TC7660. There are loads and temperature data acquisition circuits. The Micro SD card data storage circuit is based on CH376 S.Development of data management platform based on particle swarm optimization(PSO) is used to optimize the BP neural network algorithm to realize the temperature compensation of the load data, effectively improve the accuracy of load detection. The data management platform can perform multi view, comparison test curve print output.
