With the development of society and economy,the environmental pollution and governance has become a hot issue.As a part of water resource recycling,on oilfield produced water efficient processing has become the work to be complet'ed in petrochemical industry.As the late into the part of our country oil production in petroleum industry,increasing production of produced water,produced water treatment not only have great significance for environmental protection,to promote sustainable development,but also can provide a source of field oil production is in urgent need of the reinjection water,also have a great effect on the oil extraction.Therefore,produeed water treatment system has become an important direction of petroleum and natural gas equipment research and development in recent years.In this paper,based on a new type of produced water treatment device is designed,the key is to study the control system of the device,the current domestic produced water treatment device is mainly manual operation based on this system,a breakthrough to realize on-site production "remote control,unmanned" requirements.Firstly,according to the process requirements of processing device of the sleeve of oilfield produced water,determined the suitable for the use of produced water treatment device control method,including the control of function analysis,implementation method,hierarchical structure,software selection,and the specific development of the control system of step control,details the design of the system in the completion of the design.Secondly,according to the requirements of process design,analysis and calculate the system of all required equipment requirements,such as the memory space required.In accordance with the requirements of the control system of the system required related components selection,design completed after selection of equipment required for the power system and the weak system circuit.According to the control system of line produced water treatment device object design to guide the processing of.Again,the use of MITSUBISHI's GX developer software,carries on the design to the slave system control system,satisfy the field components of the control system,realize the real-time data acquisition,conversion into a system capable of recognizing numerical,automatic execution system built-in programs,to control the equipment work requirements.At the same time without running the simulation hardware using GX Simulator program,verify whether the normal operation of.Programming of PC system of this system by using"Kingview" software,the realization of remote control host computer of the system,can be directly set the parameters range of the required system,access to a variety of real-time data.Debugging the system to normal operation state.At the same time in order to online real-time data detection of system optimization,the introduction of soft measurement technology,and mathematical modeling using MATLAB,to verify the feasibility of soft measurement technology of this system.Finally,to study the anti-jamming processing device control system hardware produced water,choose the set of anti interference of the system theory,according to the theory of the requirements at the same time using software together to reduce the influence of various interference sources to control system anti-interference two ways of anti-jamming and hardware.
