| With the development of our country economy,petrochemical industry is leading role in the position.For the production development of many petrochemical enterprises,and their sewage treatment and emission always cause great concern by the public.This paper takes "Research and Development of Measurement and Control System for Sewage Treatment Plant in Petrochemical Industry" as the topic,and realizes the measurement and control of petrochemical sewage treatment plant by using domestic DCS system,so as to meet the requirements of production process and ensure the stable and reliable operation of the equipments.According to the requirements of process production and logic control for the sewage treatment plant,signal datas collection for display and logic programming are conducted in the selected DCS system.The system can monitor the parameters of the sewage process and the parameters are used for controlling loops and adjustment.Finally it will accomplish the goal which is keeping the wastewater quality of the plant within the national standard for long period.The main work is as follows:(1)To summarize and compare the running condition and functional characteristics of measurement and control systems which come from overseas and domestic petrochemical sewage treatment plants.And to define the requirement of relevant technical indexes for the research and development of the measurement and control system.(2)Combined with the process and technical requirements of petrochemical sewage treatment plants,the domestic DCS system is adopted as the realization of the overall scheme in accordance with the demand analysis of the measurement and control system in the plants,including the production process monitoring and controlling,system management and engineering implementation,system reliability and availability,communication network and so on.(3)By using the functions of HOLLiAS MACS-K system hardware and software,the related configuration design of the measurement and control system was completed to ensure the stability and reliability of the safe operation of the plant.(4)To test the measurement and control system and to set up the platform in sewage treatment plant in Guangzhou Branch of SINOPEC for making practical applications.And thetest results were analyzed and summarized.Through the establishment and application of the measurement and control system,the reliability of the instruments operation for the chemical sewage treatment plant was improved and it also newly increased the remote-control way for technological operators,at the same time the system provided more operations in emergency circumstances.The measurement and control system owned both stability and expansibility,and the system not only satisfied the daily production needs of the plant,but also could coordinate with the optimization of the process to implement the corresponding expansion and upgrade.The system ensured the safe and stable operation of the sewage treatment plant more than two years,and the plant didn’t adversely affect the surrounding ecological environment.This showed that the development and application of the measurement and control system had great academic value and practical significance. |
