Research On Gas Channeling Prevention And Cementing Technology For Fractured Gas Reservoirs In Shunnan Well Area

As the world economy continues to develop,the demand for energy consumption of all the world have become an increasingly prominent problem,so the deep oil and gas resources and old oil fields exploration has become the main direction of the future.Especially the deep fractured gas reservoir resources,cementing often causes leakage and gas channeling and other technical problems,for the technical characteristics,we need research cementing slurry system and technology research,in order to solve difficultiesin cementing region effectively.SN Well Zone Ordovician reservoir store a large number of fracture and natural gas,so the slurry system and cementing technology is difficult to assure the quality of cementing and affect the late production.By researching the slurry system and cementing technology,we developed some slurry system and cementing program that has important significance not only for the formation of wells along the Southern District Ordovician gas reservoirs to improve the quality of cementing technology,but also has great significance to other similar complex block to develop slurry system and cementing smoothly.SN Well Zone is difficult to cement,gas migration is the main factor of cementing quality.Ensureing the sleeve centered,optimizing anti-channeling cement slurry system and improving the displacement efficiency are the key to protect the cementing quality of the reservoir area.Through experiments,we developed the basis slurry formulation suitable are Suitable for circulating temperature 146 ?,also suitable for cycling temperatures of 165 ? and 170 ?.The plugging experiment results show that when using a length of 6mm,8mm,10mm,12mm and organic fibers in an amount of 0.6%,it can block the 1mm crack sealing,sealing layer can bear 5MPa.We also optimized the isolation liquid formula that can simultaneously effectively sealing 1mm cracks and 1mm pores.Through compatibility testing,it indicates that the isolation and drilling fluid system,grout good compatibility.
