In this paper, a series of imformation of XIdaliya, Tuopu and Aiding has been collected in order to analyze the geological characteristics of each block and cementing difficulty. Three-setting cement slurry has been proposed to improve pressure stability coefficient. In another hand, we also suggest light weight cement slurry to reduce cementing dropout. It is complemented to analyze the parmeters of the excellent wells and qualified wells and summarize the regular experience to impact liner cementing quality. Then on this basis, quantifying the key links has been summarized in cementing construction so that we can make a framework of "a well of a plan" in cementing design.In accordance with the research, strengthening control of the cementing technology of well preparation and cementing liquid optimization to improve the implementation effect of the design.By this method, we have solved a series of problems like the high pressure when pumps transport mud, mud loss, difficulty to regulate cement slurry performance and low mud displacing efficiency.
