ANACO oilfield gas well block located The eastern part of Venezuela is the highest requirement in technology and most difficult block for Venezuela's state oil company in the eastern region.The block has low fracturing pressure gradient,with high pressure water layer and low pressure gas layer,Gas channeling easy to occured,contains H₂S and CO₂,and it was shaly sandstone.The complex geological conditions in the area cause great difficulties for drilling operations and subsequent completion stages,especially in cementing operations.Once the cementing quality is not met the requirement,serious consequences will occure,for example: the completion of the well will result in gas effluence from wellhead,Production decline,The reduction of the recovery rate and the lost control of the wellhead lead to Blowout,etc.Based on the above understanding,the complexity of cementing in ANACO block is mainly due to the inherent defects of cement-based materials and the variability of formation conditions.To understand the influence of geological conditions to cementing,to select suitable cementing materials and technical measures are the basic starting point of slove the cementing problem.This issue research the development and present situation of existing high-strength and low-density cement slurry technology,anti-gas channeling principle and technology,anti-corrosion mechanism,according to the close accumulation principle,select appropriate mitigation agent,reinforcing material and anti-corrosion Materials,combined with two years of practical experience in the region in the accumulation of experience,developed out the cementing slurrys that meet the requirements of the cementing operation standards,contain high-strength low-density cement slurry system,anti-gas channeling slurry system and anti-corrosion slurry system,integrated cement slurry system Excellent performance,designed a set of high strength and low density,conventional density anti-corrosion and anti-gas channeling slurry system,which can solve the loss circulation,acided gas corrosion cement stone?ring?,gas channeling cementing problem of eastern Venezuela.The research results of this paper can solve the cementing problems such as cementing loss circulation,gas channeling and corrosion in ANACO area,meanwhile,it has reference significance to the complex well cementing,shale gas cementing,gas storage well cementing,and Unconventional well cementing operation,and it has good application value.
