Medical and health protection is a central issue in the society. In the medical property, medical emergency takes the most major standing. The situation of medical resource allocation in China is unevenly distributed in the east and west, and the western place is scarce. There is a significant difference in the level of medical services between urban and rural areas. In the southwestern part of China, the terrain is more perplexed, mostly in alpine canyon areas, and it is prone to mountain calamtity such as mudslides and collapses. The road network construction in this region is lagging behind and the vulnerability is extremely high, which makes the medical resources advantage not obvious. Therefore,in medical emergency,it is more necessary to consider a variety of factors in order to effectively deal with emergencies and medical incidents.Adopt Yunnan field as a case.It is situated in the mountain place, with frequent natural disasters and extremely scarce medical resources, which seriously affects the clipping fulfillment of emergency work.It is extremely important to study the factors that affect the emergency response in improving the emergency situation in the mountain area and reducing the emergency time. This research provides a theoretical basis for the rapid implementation of first aid in mountain areas, and has great theoretical and practical significance. In view of it,this paper not only relies on the results of the survey of geographical conditions and the development of land space in Yunnan Province, but also relies on the application demonstration project“National Mountain First Aid and Road Network Development”serving the people's livelihood, adopting Yunnan field as a case,in view of the logistic regression pattern and the sandwich sampling pattern, discusses the medical cure circumstances of each residential area in Yunnan Province in 2015,and explores the factors affecting the emergency response in different regions. The key research task of this article is as below:(1)Using Tencent API map to simulate the first-aid route, the first-aid route is usually rescue routes usually go from township emergency centers to residential areas to county-level hospitals. This research obtains the emergency reply time of each settlement, and adds up the course. The residual of response time and route length is taken as the explanatory variable.(2)Select the road condition factor from the perspective of the road network. From the vulnerability point of view, the length ratio of the necessary road section of the road, the intensity of the mudstone flow point, and the intensity of the landslide point are selected. From the perspective of complexity, the three factors of curvature, slope and height discrepancy of the road are picked. The above six are used as explanatory variables.(3)According to the spatial heterogeneity of the second law of geography, using geo-detector software to perform factor detection. The X factor of geo-detector analysis is the type quantity. The X factor in this study is the ratio quantity, which needs to be classified by natural breakpoint method and discretized by SPSS software.Overall situation analysis: The residual is taken as Y,and each of the the foregoing elements is taken as X,and the q value of the single factor and the q value of the two factors are calculated.Zoning analysis: According to the difference of mountainous terrain and economic conditions in Yunnan Province,Yunnan is cantoned six large districts, and the residual is also taken as Y,and each factor is taken as X.The geo-detector is used to calculate the ability of six large-area road factors to interpret the explained variables, and to establish a global and regional emergency response logistic regression model.(4)Use sandwich sampling models for verification and juxtapose the preciseness of different sampling models.(5)Explore the road condition factors that can improve the emergency response time by district, and offer the modification method and proposal.
