As an important part of China’s territory,the sea possesses very valuable wealth and resources and occupies an important strategic position in national defense as well as economic and practical value.Ocean buoy is a kind of floating automatic monitoring platform used to obtain Marine meteorological,hydrological,water quality,ecological power and other parameters.It serves the Marine forecast of disaster prevention and reduction of Marine economy,maritime military activities and other services,and is of great significance to the national economy,people’s livelihood and national security in coastal areas.With the increasing enrichment of the ocean,enteromorpha and other Marine organisms flood and grow,which has affected people’s life and ecological environment.The growth and propagation of enteromorpha are closely related to factors such as temperature,salinity,wind speed,direction and direction of seawater.This paper designs a new ocean buoy control system.According to the national standard requirements of ocean buoy,the corresponding sensors are selected to complete data collection of parameters such as seawater temperature,salinity,wind speed,wind direction and seawater flow direction.The image sensor is extended to capture the image in the sea area near the buoy,and it can judge whether there is enteromorpha outbreak by the sea surface image near the buoy.Extended GPRS remote data transmission module,timing and shore base station for data communication.In terms of hardware design,in addition to the selection of low-power components to reduce power consumption,the magnetic latch back relay is used for power supply control of the periodic power supply sensor.During non-working hours,the power supply is cut off to reduce the power consumption of the system.On software design,in addition to its own function to implement low power consumption,make full use of MCU for larger power key problems in the data transmission module,the Huffman tree is going to transfer the data compression and then send shortens the time of data transmission and reduces the power consumption in the process of data transmission,to achieve the purpose of reduce the power consumption of the system.Through the laboratory simulation experiment,the correctness of the system design is verified,and the system power consumption is effectively reduced,which has certain practical value.
