The types and accuracy of sensors no longer restrict the development of marine monitoring with the development of marine monitoring in recent years.However,traditional buoys are limited by the monitoring area and monitoring depth due to the particular influence of the marine environment,which cannot be widely used in the deep sea.In recent years,the use of buoyancy adjustment mechanisms to enable marine equipment to measure ocean data at different depth profiles has gradually become the main force of ocean monitoring at this stage.This article studies a Submersible Buoy with a buoyancy adjustment device as its core.By adjusting the buoyancy,it can float or dive to obtain marine data at different depth profiles.The research content of this article is as follows:1.Introduce the principles and characteristics of various types of buoyancy adjustment by consulting domestic and foreign materials.According to the design requirements of the Submersible Buoy project,the advantages and disadvantages of the valve-type buoyancy adjustment mechanism and the plunger-type buoyancy adjustment mechanism are expounded,and finally the plunger-type buoyancy adjustment device is selected.2.According to the requirements of the submarine project,Complete the design of the Submersible Buoy buoyancy adjustment mechanism,including: calculate the amount of buoyancy adjustment according to the depth of the submersible target and the size of the floating ball cabin,complete the selection of the oil bladder,and further complete the design and selection of the transmission mechanism of the buoyancy adjustment device.The seal design and pressure resistance check of the piston chamber are completed through calculation and Solid Works simulation.Select the cable sensor and limit micro switch scheme in order to monitor the buoyancy adjustment amount and motor limit monitoring during use.3.Completed the design of the Submersible Buoy control system,including: complete the tasks such as the selection of the main control chip,monitoring module selection and data reading,SD card data storage programming;According to the Submersible Buoy movement process and cycle,the low-power design of the submarine system is completed through the hardware relay mode and the STM32 standby mode.4.Based on the proposed serial port communication protocol,the programming and UI interface design of the subscript host computer are operated on QTcreator.5.The pressure test of the buoyancy adjustment oil bladder is conducted and the power consumption of the motor at different stages of the latent target is also tested under the environment of the pressure tank simulating the pressure of the deep sea.Then,adjust the center of gravity of the Submersible Buoy in the pool according to the actual assembly results.Finally,the thesis introduces and summarizes the dock test and Qiandao Lake comprehensive test.Judgments and corrections are made to the problems that arise during the test,which provides a test basis for subsequent deep-sea testing.
