Agricultural production is the foundation of a country's stability and prosperity, and the quality and safety of agricultural products is related to the healthy of every consumer and the realization of China's agricultural modernization.Since the reform and opening up,along with the substantial increase of China's grain output, the agricultural production safety problems caused by the extensive use of pesticides and fertilizers are gradually highlighted.Because of the quality and safety of agricultural products caused by the frequent occurrence of malignant events, people on the quality of food requirements are increasingly high.Farmers are the direct executor of agricultural production. It is very important to reduce the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides at the source, improve the quality of agricultural products and explore the factors that affect farmers' safe production. On the basis of summarizing the research on influencing factors of farmers' production behavior at home and abroad, this paper defines the concepts of agricultural products, quality and safety of agricultural products, farmers and farmers' production behavior, systematically describes the theoretical basis of path dependence theory, information asymmetry theory and government regulation, and discusses the factors influencing farmers' production behavior.Secondly, this paper introduces the data obtained from the paper and analyzes the sample from three aspects: the basic family situation, the cognition situation and the farmers' attitude towards reducing the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides. Then descriptive statistical analysis was made on the variables taken from this study and the expectation was made.Once again, from the perspective of "peasant household-village",a two-level logistic model was established to empirically analyze the key factors influencing farmers' agricultural product quality and safety control behavior. The results show that the farmer's age, education level, household income, agriculture accounted for the proportion of total household income, the proportion of economic crops, farmers' grasp of agricultural science and technology knowledge and understanding of the country's legal policy village, village development the enthusiasm of farmers' professional co-operatives and agricultural technology training for the frequency of several factors that affect significantly the production behavior of peasant household. Finally through descriptive statistical results and the conclusion of the empirical analysis put forward countermeasures and Suggestions about how to standardize the behavior of peasant household production, through the government behavior for the villagers to explain more agricultural science and technology knowledge, improve the cognitive level of farmers and ideological awareness, accelerate the construction of farmers' professional co-operatives or the introduction of the agricultural industry related companies, increase the income of farmers and so on.
