Comprehensively improving the core literacy of students is the general goal of the reform of mathematics curriculum in primary and middle schools,and optimizing the knowledge of curriculum standards for mathematics teachers is an important guarantee for achieving this goal.The new challenges faced by teachers in the process of advancing the new curriculum reform,let us re-examine the current issue of teacher education and training.Master of Mathematics Education,who is about to become a professional teacher,how do they master the new curriculum standards?Can they be effective agents of new curriculum reform?In response to this doubtful question,this study combined with the analysis of existing literature,put forward(1)What dimensions can be divided into the specific knowledge of national mathematics curriculum standards?(2)What is the current status of the master of mathematics education who is about to graduate and take the post of teacher to master the knowledge of national mathematics curriculum standards?(3)What are the factors that affect the level of knowledge of the curriculum standards of the Master of Mathematics Education?The study answers the above three questions,and aims to analyze and study the current status of master of mathematics education on the knowledge of mathematics curriculum standards,and contribute to optimizing the professional training of pre-service teachers in primary and secondary schools.According to the existence of curriculum knowledge,mathematics curriculum knowledge can be expressed as two states:"should be" and "really".The state of "should be" is developed by the curriculum expert community.It is an ideal state that a mathematics teacher who can be qualified for the new curriculum reform should meet the national curriculum standards;The state of understanding of the curriculum knowledge that it really has and which actually affects its education and teaching work.This research is based on this ideal of "should be",in-depth investigation of the actual status of the master of mathematics education,that is,the use of concept maps,questionnaires,interviews and other methods to evaluate the standard knowledge of the curriculum,and further examine What are the differences between "ran" and the enlightenment for future masters of mathematics education.The research results show that the level of knowledge of the Master of Mathematics Education curriculum standards is not ideal,and the specific content of different sections in the curriculum standards,as well as the level of knowledge of the operation of curriculum standards is poor.The participation of educational practice,the amount of literature reading,and the length of autonomous learning are important factors affecting the standard knowledge level of mathematics courses.In order to enable the master of mathematics education to master the curriculum standard knowledge effectively and achieve the training goal established by the degree,and to become a high-quality professional teacher with a good educational theoretical foundation and teaching practice ability,this article based on the research conclusions and makes the following suggestions:1)At the university level,it is recommended to update the training curriculum for masters of mathematics education in a timely manner,strengthen the construction of dual-mentor teams,pay attention to guiding the update of the educational philosophy of the masters of education and the implementation of practice;2)from the master of education itself,it is necessary to strengthen Attention to national curriculum standards,understanding and grasping the concepts and requirements of national mathematics curriculum standards from multiple aspects,increasing participation in educational practice,and increasing the reading of relevant literature;3)From the level of social recruitment,you can focus on assessing the relevant knowledge of candidates This "hard requirement" can also promote the learning motivation of masters of mathematics education related to curriculum standards,so as to transport young teachers who can effectively promote the reform of the national education and teaching curriculumFinally,I hope that the master's degree in mathematics education will be further improved and that in the future,society and primary and secondary schools will continue to provide better professional teachers.
