Pre-service mathematics teachers should cultivate professional qualities and abilities to lay the foundation for becoming a qualified mathematics teacher in the future.Among them,the cultivation of the ability to create mathematical situations is particularly important.Situational creation mainly refers to the creation of real or virtual situations with students’"emotions" as a link.Teaching with the help of situational creation can not only promote the development of students’cognition and knowledge construction,but also benefit the generation of students’ interests,emotions,values and the growth of experience spirit.Pre-service mathematics teachers are relatively weak in situational creation ability in the process of practice.Therefore,this paper makes an in-depth study on the problems existing in the situation creation of pre-service mathematics teachers,exploring the effective strategies of training pre-service mathematics teachers in situational creation ability.It has great significance of improving the situational creation ability of pre-service mathematics teachers.This study is divided into two stages.Firstly,the level of situational creation of pre-service mathematics teachers was studied by questionnaire survey.Secondly,it explores the influence of video case-based intervention on pre-service mathematics teachers’situational creation ability.The conclusions are as follows:(1)The overall level of situation creation of pre-service mathematics teachers is not optimistic.Specifically,pre-service mathematics teachers have a better understanding of the situation and the creation of the situation,but they have a poor understanding of the purpose of the creation of the situation.The ability of the creation of the situation is not high.They have some difficulties in creating situations.(2)The scheme based on video analysis of classroom teaching helps to improving the basic cognition of pre-service mathematics teachers’ situational Creation and promoting the development of pre-service teachers’ situational creation ability.Pre-service mathematics teachers have a positive attitude towards the teaching method based on video cases.Finally,according to the above conclusions,some suggestions are put forward on the intervention and pre-service mathematics teacher education.
