Electronic information technology is one of the most important driving forces in today's world economic and social development.Electronic components are important support for electronic information technology,and are essential components of electronic equipment,electronic information system and weapon equipment control system.Therefore,it is selfevident that to pay attention to the development trend of electronic components for a country is important.Therefore,in order to seize the opportunity for development of the electronic components industry,HCT company using the manufacturing equipment and the most advanced technology,first proposed the new microwave electronic components of high cost,which can be widely used in aerospace,military,medical,electronics,automotive and industrial markets and have broad market prospects.This is the business plan for HCT's new microwave electronic components project.This business plan first discusses the background and significance of the project;using "PEST" and "Five Forces Model" theory to the analysis of the status and development of microwave electronic components industry at home and abroad;and "SWOT" theory of the project to the external environment and internal environment analysis,we found the market potential opportunity about the microwave electronic components;also summed up the competitive advantage in the market of the project and the opportunity.And then through the use of "STP" theory of market segmentation on the existing market opportunities,identify the market position,so as to formulate marketing plan feasible.Through the analysis of 4P model of marketing combination strategy of HCT company new microwave electronic components;then analysis on the project planning and implementation,project evaluation methods and evaluation system,analysis the life cycle of products.Then the financial management theory is used to evaluate the financial indicators of the project,and the feasibility of the project financial decision is demonstrated.Finally,we use risk management theory to systematically evaluate risks that may occur in the process of project operation and make corresponding risk control measures and risk aversion methods.The research of this business plan shows that based on the leading position of technology in the field of electronic information,the new microwave electronic components of HCT have obvious competitive advantages in performance,technology and price,and its market prospect is broad.The investment in this project includes: plant leasing,production line(ball mill,fluid delay machine,silk-screen machine,sintering furnace,electroplating and other metal production line,testing equipment),electrical control system,processing equipment,sewage treatment,power distribution equipment and information system,etc.The total investment is 35 million yuan.This paper forecasts the market capacity and sales data reasonably,calculates the net present value of the project is 36.2032 million yuan,the dynamic investment recovery period is 4.48 years,and the internal rate of return is 6%.The results show that the investment project has obvious economic benefits,the risk is controllable,and the project is feasible.This business plan will attract external investors as a decision reference for HCT company to achieve multi win goals for investors,employees and customers.
