Based on the status quo of the state's support for the development of high-tech enterprises and the fact that H company is in a state of confusion,this article selected H company's development strategy as a research topic,analyzed its development status,existing problems,and proposed a strategic design in line with the company's development.This article mainly adopts PEST.Analytical method,Porter's five force model analysis and qualitative analysis of company resources and capabilities to conduct research:The study is divided into the following sections: First,the introduction section summarizes the research background and significance,existing research overview,research ideas and methods,research content and framework,and contribution of this article,and determines the overall content of the study;The second part is the environmental analysis of H company's development strategy.It analyzes the external and industrial environment to clarify the opportunities and challenges facing H company's development.The third part is the analysis of H company's development capability,the company's development history,company resources and capabilities,and strategy.The goal and content are briefly described.The fourth part,H company's development strategy design,according to the development environment SWOT analysis,to determine the strategic objectives,ideas and strategic implementation of the content.In the fifth part,H company's development strategy implements countermeasures.The protection measures for financial resources,products and services,organizations,and human resources at the company's development strategy are proposed.The sixth part summarizes and looks forward.The study found that H company's development is suitable for adopting internal centralized strategy and external differentiation strategy.Through internalized management,it can improve the management efficiency of human resources and financial resources;externally through differentiated products,prices,channels and services.The company is favored by consumers and builds the electric circle brand featuring high and new technology to improve the overall high competitiveness of the company.Based on the theory of development strategy,this article studies H company's development status,problems,and development strategies.It has the significance of guiding H company's practice.It can provide strategic decision-making and decision-making basis for the company's decision makers,and it can also be used for other similar companies.Strategic decisions provide the necessary basis for choice.
