Turnover Analysis And Retention Strategy Research Of Communications Engineering Supervisors In GC Company

In the service industry,especially some companies which have technical requirements,human resource is the most important tools.The brilliant and experienced people is the key of these companies to complete their mission,also is the strong guarantee for sustainable development.The GC Company is an engineering services company,in recent years,GC Company has suffered the loss of employees.As the major productivity,the supervisory staffs and project managers have turnover too often.When GC company in a period of rapid development,the leave of skilled employees is more an important problem,affecting the development of GC Company.By combing the theory of turnover model,demand model and employee engagement,this article try to analyze the reason of employee loss,and find a plan of employee retention.According to the current situation,this research analyzed the GC Company's strengths,weaknesses,and the competition in the industry.Through research,scholars found that turnover intention and employee engagement was a significant negative correlation.This research using employee engagement surveys,try to find out the reason why communications engineering supervisors leaving GC Company.In this study we also used a questionnaire interviews to confirm the results.By analyzing the results of the survey,this study giving the new retention policies.The strategy including the company's business,job promotion,salary,stuff training,workflow improvement.This research aims to reduce turnover rates of supervisory staffs,making GC Company continuous develop in the rapid expansion period.
