In recent years,under the background of economic globalization,industrial and market competition become more and more intensifies.Manufacturing industries have to face more and more pressure from quality,cost,delivery and service.The companies want to continuously develop and grow,we must constantly improve their competitive advantage.Lean manufacture,as one of modern manufacturing management method,after decades years developing and optimizing,it has been validated as one effective operations management system.Lean manufacture methodology is an important way to improve the overall competitiveness of company with reducing waste,improving productivity,reducing production cost.A company was founded at 1994 in Taiwan.It dedicated in power supplier's research,design,manufacture and sales.In 1997,A company Shenzhen factory started for manufacturing,which provide the power solution for medical device,printer,HDD,set top box,monitor,notebook,tablet pc.With the intensification of marketing competition,customer is requesting more and more to supplier for not only better quality,but also for lower price,better service and on time delivery.It becomes a big challenge to that company with High Mixed Low Volume like A Company.As a advanced management system,Lean manufacture,has an important effect on improving product quality,eliminating waste,reducing production cost and reducing inventory for raw material,WIP and finish goods,shortening lead time and cost reduction of material purchasing.The research of this thesis is based on the method of literature research and case study.Through taking A company's lean manufacture management as its research object and staring with the review of related literature of lean management.In the part of case introduction,introduced A company's corporate condition,the background of implementing lean manufacture.Then,it introduced the measures of implementing lean management in A company.In the part of case analysis,it conducted in-depth analysis on A company's successful experience in lean manufacture management and obtained the enlightenment of implementing lean management in A company.By means of discussing gain and loss in the implementation process of A company,this article hopes to provide reference for the concept and method of lean management that can be used for enterprises.
