The Internet economy development for many companies to create new opportunities,in a new round of opportunities of the FMCG industry demands more and more high,inter industry competition is becoming increasingly fierce,awareness of the company to talent enterprises is the key to success,so the personnel training as the company 5 years strategic planning.A meet the business logic,system,level,goals and plans clear,control training system to enhance the competitiveness of W company has important significance.This study will focus on the design of human resources management and training management system as the basic theory,qualitative and quantitative research methods for the development of the current situation of W company,to analyze and study the training management system of W company.Through questionnaires and interviews,at W,the current situation of the development of talent,training management,training four aspects of content and effect such as questionnaire survey.In the study,found that the training management system of W company has the following problems:(1)lack of the training plan;(2)training management system is not perfect;(3)training management system implementation efforts is not enough;(4)the internal trainer team of professional degree.According to the present situation of the training management system of W company the main problems of the training management system of W company was optimized in this study.According to the theory of scientific training management system from the following aspects:(1)improve the scientific point of view Management training and strengthen the training plan;(2)improve all levels of training plan,especially internal trainers training,to ensure the quality of training;(3)"to students as the center" design concept,make training management system to meet the actual needs of employees;(4)leveraging multiple resources for training management system be truly implemented.This study hopes to make W company training management system science,reasonable,to help enterprises to cultivate talent to enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise market,but also hope to be able to optimize the training management system for other companies as a reference.
