Human resource allocation is the key link of human resources to give full play to its role.From the existing supervision enterprise human resources management,supervision work often with the project supervision department as an independent management unit,according to the time limit for the project management process,project management process to arrange project supervision personnel.Human resources organization and scheduling management has a larger space for improvement.Based on the actual engineering management process,the establishment of human resource management and scheduling platform,so that the use of human resources in enterprises in time and space on the controllable,visual,and can be expected,has important strategic significance.Study on human resource scheduling with multi project human resources management theory,management theory,human resources characteristics,supervision enterprise management status,supervision enterprise human resources management theory this paper analyzes the necessity of supervision enterprise multi project human resources management.Through analyzing the existing project management mode and project supervision human resource requirement analysis,this paper points out that there is a lack of communication between enterprise strategy and project management.The research indicated the need of linear programming theory,to carry out multi project human resource scheduling management with the modern management theory and modern information technology,and puts forward the multi project human resource scheduling management model to solve this problem.On the basis of theoretical analysis and problem analysis,combined with the actual situation of a certain supervision company,the author puts forward the construction of multi project human resource scheduling management mode of engineering supervision enterprises.The model architecture is integer programming,with the help of EXCEL and LINGO software cross application analysis,can quickly solve the problem of the supervision engineer scheduling problem with multiple factors.In the process of organization design,the establishment of the office of human resources scheduling and coordination,as well as to ensure the implementation of multi project human resource scheduling measures.Coordinate with the office to coordinate the daily communication and coordination between the project team and the project team.This paper aims to provide a guide to human resource scheduling management for project supervision company to implement projects to improve the management of human resources,improve the market competitiveness of the enterprise engineering supervision and project management skills.
