In recent years,with the integration of the global economy,the competitive environment has become increasingly complex.In order to cope with this pressure,enterprises must optimize the allocation of resources,pay attention to the core business and outsource the non core business to enterprises with greater competitive advantages.The new business strategy of outsourcing has become an important factor for many enterprises to improve their competitiveness.Therefore,the study of production outsourcing is of great practical significance.However,as a new management idea,the new model of outsourcing brings opportunities and risks.If the application and management of outsourcing is improper,it will not only affect the specific implementation of outsourcing business,but also affect the overall strategy of the enterprise.Therefore,when business outsourcing is implemented,the outsourcing strategy must be optimized first to improve the level of outsourcing management.Outsourcing can bring opportunities for development and improve the competitiveness of the enterprises.This paper takes the production outsourcing of S company in the electronic manufacturing industry as the research object.First,starting with the development history of outsourcing and the relevant theoretical research at home and abroad,the basic concepts and theories of outsourcing are combed.On the basis of the previous research,the essential connotation and supporting conditions of the production outsourcing in the electronic manufacturing industry are summarized and summed up.The management practice induces the three-layer operating system architecture based on the parallel operation mode,the five guarantee system and the five dimension support condition in the production outsourcing of the electronic manufacturing industry.Then it introduces the current situation of S company's outsourcing,summarizes the successful experience of outsourcing by S company,and puts forward some problems in the outsourcing of S company,which are mainly manifested in the unstable relationship with the outsourced business,the unsustainable improvement of the management performance,the low efficiency of outsourcing business and the increase of the cost.The cause of the problem is analyzed.At last,the optimization and improvement schemes are put forward on the design of the cooperative win-win mechanism,the choice of the outsourcing provider,the organization management and so on.In a word,the effect of outsourcing depends largely on whether the specific operation mode used by the enterprise is matched with the outsourcing environment of the enterprise.The author of this paper expects that the production outsourcing practice of S company can provide reference for the same kind of enterprises.
